Dana Lars Ryssdal
4/28/87 – 1/26/23
Dana is survived by his parents, Anne Ryssdal and Dante and Connie Concetto, and sisters, Laura and Candace. Dana was a fantastic uncle to seven nieces and nephews, Brooklyn, Avery, Michael, Cade, Harper, Addison, and Tucker. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, Ellen Ryssdal and Bruce Fossum, Lars Ryssdal, Donna and Ernie Nunes, Sher and Larry Kirby, Deborah and Sam Okonski, Todd Clark and Mary Hughes.
Dana was born in Corvallis, Oregon and was a graduate of Gold Beach High School and Oregon State University.
Throughout his life, Dana had an amazingly positive outlook. He always looked for the good in people and many people locally and around the world called him a dear friend. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family in the outdoors, hiking and horseback riding, whitewater rafting, and shooting. His constant companion was his beloved dog, Mamba.
A great many people are saddened by the passing of a great soul much too early.

We Thank Everyone in Attendance.
Dana's heart was full of life and love and your attendance filled the building with this love. It was greatly appreciated.
Note about the dress code:
Basically, the family would like folks to wear whatever you might have worn to just hang out with Dana for the afternoon – be that cowboy boots and Carhartts or vans and sports jerseys or a golf shirt.
Dana wasn’t one to fall on pretense, but if you want to wear your best and most beautiful, I’m sure he’d be honored.
One Caveat though. Absolutely no Duck attire. Dana always was and always will be a Beaver.
